摘要
现阶段绿色建筑评价体系,在可持续发展中起到了越来越重要的作用,文章简要介绍了中国绿色建筑标准,BREEAM,LEED,CASBEE,DGNB以及新加坡Green Mark等绿色建筑评价体系的发展历史。深入分析了GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》和国外标准之间的异同进行对比分析。最后,对我国绿色建筑评价体系的完善提出了相关的建议。
Green building evaluation systems play an essential role in implementing the sustainable principles of the ecologicalconstruction.This paper presents the development of China green building system,BREEAM, LEED,CASBEE,DGNB andSingapore BCA Green Mark System,performs the comparative analysis between GB/T 50378-2014 Evaluation standard forgreen building and foreign standards.Finally it was also proposed suggestions on the green building evaluation system in China.
