摘要
成本控制对于中小建筑施工企业的生存和发展具有重大意义。文章结合相关成本控制理论,探讨了目前我国中小建筑施工企业在成本控制中面临的问题,并从成本控制的主要环节入手,指出了中小建筑施工企业加强成本控制的有效途径。
The cost control plays an important role in the survival and development of the medium and small constructionenterprises.In this paper,combined with the relevant cost control theory,we discuss the problems which Chinese medium andsmall construction enterprises are facing nowadays.And we point out the effective way to strengthen the cost control of mediumand small construction enterprises from the key link of cost control theory.
