摘要
在企业发展中,随着业务量的上升,产品谱系及细分品种越来越多,甚至达到2万个品种,这种多品种混线频繁换产的生产模式,急需要一系列系统管理软件及应用软件统一平台集成应用。文章对产品开发、工艺开发、装配CAPP、设计BOM\工艺制造BOM集成整合方案进行了论述,最终实现了从产品开发、工艺设计到生产制造等整个工厂体系的装配数字化工程。
