摘要
对三维软件在辊道窑、隧道窑上运用进行了扼要的阐述。窑炉设计时使用三维软件可以大幅度提高设计速度的设计质量,减少在设计中出现误差或差错,避免了在统计窑炉材料时材料统计重复与丢失的现象发生。当设计发生更改时,材料与图纸也能同步更新与统计,极大地方便了设计者。另外三维设计可以实现视化的设计与分析,将大大提高设计效率。
This paper introduces the application of three-dimensional software in roller kiln and tunnel kiln. Three-dimensional software for designing kiln can increase designing speed and quality substantially. Using the software will reduce the design error or mistake and avoid the repetition and loss of statistics. When a change occurs to a design, the statistics and drawings will be synchronized and changed accordingly. It's a great convenience for the designer. Moreover, three dimensional designing visualizes the process of designing and analysis, thus greatly improving the efficiency of designing.
