残联业务综合展示平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Open Service Display Platform for Disabled Persons Federation on MAPWORLD

针对残疾信息化建设中存在的"信息孤岛"现象,该文提出基于天地图建设残联业务综合展示平台。该平台以残疾人基本信息为中心框架,在全面梳理残疾人基础数据库管理系统、业务系统和统计台帐系统的各类信息资源的基础上,对数据进行有效整合,建立统一的信息资源库,为领导决策、综合业务管理和公众信息服务提供强有力的数据支持。

Geographic information public service platform is of great significance in the national informatization system construction,which could raise the geographic information resource development use level,advance the network infrastructure construction of industry information,promote technological level of GIS application,cultivate specialized talents in development and application of geographic information,drive geographic information industrialization,and perfect industry standards and specifications of geographic information software.Ultimately,it will lead technology innovation and development of the whole geographic information industry chain from information acquisition,processing,management,and application to shared service. This paper introduces the combination of Disabled Persons Federation informatization system construction and MAPWORLD. With general information of disabled persons as center frame,these data could be integrated effectively and information resources database could be established on the basis of reviewing all kinds of data resources of basic database management system,service system and statistical ledger system about disabled persons,which will provide data support for leadership decision,integrated service management and public information service by data analysis and mining.
