Research of Solid Property of the Sewage Sludge from EPS Manufacturers

通过对某EPS生产企业废水处理的生化污泥固废属性的鉴别项目的筛选,依据相关规范对该企业污泥进行鉴别后,认为该企业污泥不具备危险废物特性,可按照一般固废进行处理处置。生化污泥固废属性取决于生产工艺、原辅材料和污水处理工艺,该行业污泥处置前应按要求开展危险废物鉴别。

In this research, identification and sampling methods for solid property of the sewage sludge from a EPS manufacturerwere analyzed and screened. After property identification of the sewage sludge according to relevant standards,it wasconcluded that sewage sludge from this EPS manufacturer did not display the characteristics of hazardous solid waste andtherefore could be disposed as usual solid waste. Furthermore, solid property of the sewage sludge from EPS manufacturersdepended on production process, raw and auxiliary materials and sewage treatment process, so it was necessary to characterizethe sewage sludge from EPS industries for hazardous solid waste identification before disposation.
