惯性触发开关动态特性与引信弹道炸分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对70mm航空火箭杀爆弹引信弹道炸问题,提出了刚体动力学理论分析和ADAMS动力学仿真相结合的方法,对其惯性触发开关动态特性和弹道安全性进行分析。外弹道环境分析表明:万向发火的惯性触发开关闭合阈值设计不能忽略弹丸绕质心运动产生的径向惯性力。仿真计算和理论分析结果均表明:弹簧抗力和结构尺寸偏差对惯性触发开关闭合阈值影响较大,惯性触发开关实际闭合阈值可能超出设计范围。弹道安全性仿真和振动试验结果表明:惯性触发开关对弹道振动冲击的响应是敏感的,其闭合阈值下限偏低,与弹道振动冲击过载接近,弹道环境适应能力明显不足,若发生多次共振或高频振荡皆有可能引起弹道炸。 Aiming at the problem of 70 mm aircraft rocket high explosion projectile fuze ballistic explosion,a joint method of rigid body dynamics theoretical analysis and ADAMS dynamics simulation was proposed to analyze the dynamic characteristics and ballistic safety of inertial impact switch.Exterior ballistic environment analysis showed that closed acceleration threshold design of the universal inertial impact switch couldn't ignore the radial inertial force,which is caused by the motion of projectile around the center of mass.The dynamics simulation showed that spring resistance and structural dimension deviation had great influences on the closed acceleration threshold of the inertial impact switch.The closed acceleration threshold might be beyond the design range.The ballistic safety kinematic simulation and vibration test showed that ballistic shock vibration had great influences on inertial impact switch,and the value between the acceleration lower threshold of the inertial impact switch and the ballistic acceleration of the weapon system dynamic test was small,so that the inertial impact switch couldn't adapt to the extreme ballistic environment.It could be found that the fuze ballistic explosion might be due to multiple resonance or high frequency oscillation of the inertial impact switch.
