自法国开启越南战争之后,美国就开始和越南逐渐的产生了关系。在法国撤出后,美国根据当时的国际形势及其外交理念和价值追求,逐步由介入到武装干涉。最终由于理念与行为的相悖及理念之间的相互冲突,使美国在越南难以取得预期实效。美国国内开始反对这场无望的战争。尼克松以均势理念及美国有限责任论,来塑造世界格局并在此框架内来解决越南问题,以求尽快脱离这场战争。

Since France launched an invasion to Vietnam,The US was beginning to have something gradually with Vietnam.When France left, US intervened increasingly,till armed involvement According to both international circumstance and its diplomatic notion and its values of pursuing.Finally, because of the confrontations of its concepts and actions,America could not achieve predictable effectiveness.So the domestic come to protest the unmeaning war.Nixon attempts to reshape the world through the concept of balance power and limited responsibility,then in this framework to try to solve the issue of Vietnam in order to end the war quickly.
