摘要
学习型组织是一种新型组织形式,它是新时期企业组织演进的方向。由于旅游企业人力资源管理存在问题,需要引入学习型组织理论,这对旅游企业人力资源管理创新与发展有着极其重要的作用和意义。
Learning organization is a new type of organization, and it is the trend for the development ofenterprises in the new era. Due to the problems arising from management of human resources in tourismenterprises, it is necessary to introduce the theory on learning organization, which plays an important role inmanagerial innovation for and growth of human resources in learning-organization-based tourismenterprises.
