城市基础地理信息数据更新技术研究及应用——以长沙国家高新技术产业开发区为例

The Research and Application of Urban Fundamental Geographic Information Data Updating Technology——Taking the Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone as an Example

本文以长沙高新区为例,探索了城市地理信息数据更新原则及内容。研究了利用航空摄影数据更新数字正射影像图(DOM),采用航测内外业一体化的作业方法更新重要地理信息要素,利用电子平板及外业电子调绘的手段更新地名地址,结合更新内容探索了1∶1000矢量数据集、矢量电子地图和影像电子地图的制作方法。

By taking the Changsha high-tech zone as an example, the principles and contents of updating urban geographic information data are explored. The method of updating digital ortho image map（DOM） by using aerial photography data, the method of updating the important geographic information elements by using the aerial inside and outside integration method, and the method of updating the place name and address by using electronic tablet to execute field investigation and plotting are researched. Combined with updating content, the production method of 1：1000 vector data set, vector electronic map and image electronic map are explored.
