板翅式换热器传热性能与流动阻力的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 板翅式换热器以其高效、紧凑、适应温度范围广等优点,在汽车、化工和航空航天等领域已有广泛的应用,研究人员对板翅式换热器的传热和阻力特性进行了大量研究。本文简要介绍板翅式换热器的结构特点和翅片类型,并分别从理论分析、试验研究和数值模拟3个方面分析板翅式换热器传热性能与流动阻力的研究现状,指出板翅式换热器的未来发展方向。 The plate-fin heat exchanger is widely used in the automotive,chemical,aerospace and other fields,because of its high efficiency,compact structure and wide range of temperature adaptation.The researchers have conducted extensive study on heat transfer and resistance characteristics of plate-fin heat exchanger.The plate-fin heat exchanger's structural characteristics and fin types are introduced.The research status of the plate-fin heat exchanger's heat transfer performance and flow resistance are analyzed from the following three aspects:theoretical analysis,experimental study and numerical simulation.The development direction of the plate-fin heat exchanger is put forward.
