肾上腺区肿瘤诊疗体会(附65例临床分析)
摘要
肾上腺区肿瘤主要有两种：属于泌尿外科治疗的肾上腺外科疾病和属于普通外科治疗的原发性腹膜后肿瘤.有时两者术前鉴别困难,收治有交叉.为临床诊断更准确,现总结2011年1月-2014年12月在我院泌尿外科手术治疗并经病理确诊的65例肾上腺区肿瘤患者资料,报告如下.
