基于RFID技术的车辆电子身份证在公安交管工作中的应用

目前我国的机动车保有量已达2.79亿辆,机动车的管理工作涉及违法违章、事故处理、涉牌涉证、肇事追逃、年检年审及登记变更等业务。这些业务目前的基本处理方法都是由公安交警通过证件信息的录入和系统信息的比对完成的,特别是现场执法查验车辆信息,浪费了大量人力成本和时间成本。为了提高公安办公效率,引入基于无线射频技术的电子车牌照系统是公安车驾管业务的发展方向。基于此,通过列举机动车社会现状、分析需求,提出了一套适合公安车管业务的电子车牌照系统,从业务办理角度、政策支持角度和可行性方面给出了思路。

Nowadays, in our country the reservation of vehicle is upto 279 millions, the affairs referring to the vehicle includes illegal process. accident process, license matters. traffic crime trails annual censor.regis-ter management and so on. To handle these affairs, police all depand on comparing license with digital from the database. Especially on the site enforcement, using this method is quite a wasting time way. In or-der to improve the efficiency of the police work, the introduction of the system of electronic vehicle radio frequency technology is the development direction of public security licence based on the chariotest pipe business. Based on this, by listing the social situation of the vehicle, the demand analysis, this paper pre-sented a set of suitable for public security vehicle business of electronic vehicle license plate system, and gave ideas from business management perspective, policy support angle and feasibility.
