摘要
为解决制丝线生产现场用液压驱动机械式翻箱机运送物料,存在噪声大、液压系统泄漏出现油烟等问题,运用气动控制技术,设计制作了一种新型的气动翻箱装置。该装置由机架、支撑机构、升降机构、翻转机构、气动机构和护网等组成。通过机架支撑设备各个机构单元部件,采用支撑机构支撑物料箱,运用升降机构把物料箱举起,通过翻转机构实现物料箱翻转,通过气动机构推动物料箱升降和翻转。结果表明,该系统结构紧凑,投入成本低,清洁无污染,无产品质量安全隐患。其具有操作简便、维护方便、运行稳定、性能可靠等特点,完全满足制丝线生产现场运输物料的需要。
In order to solve the problem of transporting materials of hydraulic driven mechanical type ma-chine for turning box machine, there are large noise and leakage of hydraulic system, by using pneumatic control technology, a new type of pneumatic turn over box device was designed and manufactured. The de-vice is composed of a frame, a supporting mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a turning mechanism, a pneu-matic mechanism, a protecting net,and the like. Through the rack supporting equipment for each unit com- ponent and the supporting mechanism supporting material box, the use of lifting mechanism to lift the mate-rial box, realize the material box flipping through the overturning mechanism, through the pneumatic mecha-nism to promote the material box lifting and inverting. The results showed that the system had the advan-tages of compact structure, low cost, no pollution, no hidden trouble of product quality and safety. The sys-tem has the advantages of simple operation, convenient maintenance, stable operation, reliable performance and the like, and completely meets the needs of the production field transportation material of the produc-tion line.
