摘要
对5CrMnMo模具钢采用常规热处理和提高淬火温度热处理两个工艺方案进行处理,分析不同热处理工艺条件下模具的组织形态,从而探寻热处理裂纹形成机理;提出通过增加预热和预冷工艺,适当提高淬火温度等措施,可以有效地降低热处理裂纹的产生。
Two processing schemes for 5CrMnMo die steel were treated by conventional heat treatment and heat treatment of quenching temperature, the microstructure of die under different heat treatment conditions was analyzed, and the mechanism of heat treatment crack formation was explored. It was suggested that the low heat treatment crack could be effectively reduced by adding the preheating and pre cooling process and the appropriate increase of the quenching temperature and so on.
