摘要
为了适应山地、丘陵等陆地钻机运输尺寸及重量受限的特点,设计了ZJ50/315LDB钻机。该钻机在绞车结构上作了重大改进,使绞车总宽度不大于2 700mm;采用9m高钻台,利用绞车动力整体旋升。井架及钻台底座低位安装,采用小模块设计,合理分配钻台各模块,解决了钻台底座各部件运输尺寸超限的问题。
Owing to the limitations of the transportation dimension and the weight of the land rig, the ZJ50/ 315LDB drill rig was designed, which could be suitable for the land form of mountain and hill. The drill rig was improved greatly on the drawworks structure, which made the total width of drawworks that was not more than 2 700 mm; The 9m drill floor was adopted, which made use of the power of drawworks to lift integrally. The mast and drill floor base were installed in the low position. Through the small module design and reasonable drill floor modules distribution, it could solve the problem that the components of drill floor excess the limitation sizes.
