摘要
施工方案从吊装节段划分、支撑体系的制造及安装、吊装工具的选型和钢箱梁吊装流程几个方面进行设计,同时结合本桥的现场条件及结构特点,采取合理划分吊装节段、厂内完成运输节段的总装及预装,用汽车吊完成节段的安装工作。通过对吊装节段进行合理划分及安装,尽量保持了三环线的畅通,减少了节段数量,缩短了吊装工期,按期保质地完成钢箱梁节段的施工工作,为同类工程结构的吊装技术施工提供了实践依据和施工经验。
Construction scheme was designed from the lifting segment division, the support system of manu-facturing and installation, lifting tools selection and steel girder hoisting process, and combined with the bridge site condition and structure characteristics, to take a reasonable division of the lifting segment, the completion of the transport section of the plant assembly and pre installed. Through the rational division and installation of lifting segments, try to keep the smooth flow of three ring, reduce the number of seg-ments, shorten the hoisting schedule, scheduled to life completed construction of steel box girder segment, to provide the practical basis and the construction experience for similar engineering structure hoisting con-struction technology.
