摘要
本文研究了锂电池电极的接触导电性,概述了在生产及使用过程中接触不良引起的种种问题,并尝试在电极中使用铜丝螺套代替钢丝螺套,提高电极与充放电端子间的接触导电性能。经充放电实验验证,该方法可有效降低生产过程中的异常率,提高锂电池电极接触导电的稳定性。
This paper studied the contact electrical conductivity of lithium ion battery electrodes, and out-lined various problems caused by poor contact in the process of production and use, and tried to use cop-per wire spiral spring in instead of steel wire spiral spring in the electrodes, to increase the contact electri-cal conductivity between the electrodes and the charging and discharging terminals. The experimental results showed that the method could effectively reduce the abnormal rate in the production process and improve the stability of the electrode contact with the lithium battery.
