水资源是人类生存不可缺少的一项自然资源,在社会经济的可持续发展中起到越来越重要的作用。关于如何开展水文水资源保护和提高利用率等技术的要求也相应需要重视起来。这项研究的顺利进行,有利于推动经济的可持续发展和水文水资源的持续高效利用。基于此,在分析目前我国在水文水资源领域的技术推广与应用的同时,进一步研究其发展趋势,以期使人们能够合理开发利用有限的地球水资源。

Water resource is an indispensable natural resource for human survival, which plays a more and more important role in the sustainable development of social economy. On how to carry out water resources protection and improve the utilization rate and other technical requirements also need to pay more atten-tion.
