摘要
在简要阐述我国排污权清缴工作中面临的问题的基础上,结合我国现行环境管理工作制度,提出如何利用排污费征收工作成果清缴排污权的具体方法,以资各地参考借鉴。
On the basis of briefly facing right settlement in China’s pollution problems, combined with Chi- na’s current environmental management system,this paper put forward how to use the sewage fee collection work settlement of emission rights of specific methods,for reference in the reference around the capital.
