摘要
《酒店管理》是高职院校酒店管理专业开设的一门核心课程。构建综合性的实景化教学质量评价体系对提高学生学习的参与性和积极性显得尤为重要。本文从《酒店管理》课程实景化教学评价的重要性入手,研究《酒店管理》课程实景化教学评价的策略,研究和分析实施评价体系的现实意义及相关策略,提高学生的综合能力。
Hotel management is a core curriculum in the Hotel Management major in higher vocational colleges. Constructing comprehensive real teaching quality evaluation system to improve the students' enthusiasm and participation is particularly important. Starting from the importance of Hotel Management course in real teaching evaluation, this paper researches and analyzes the realistic significance and relevant strategies to implement the evaluation system to improve the students' comprehensive abilities.
