教师的专业发展离不开持续的、系统的"心流"体验,江苏省职业学校e项目名师工作室以"悦读工程"为载体,通过开展基于教育原点的知性阅读、基于研究领域的泛化阅读、基于问题解决的点状阅读、基于自圆其说的系统阅读,使全体成员产生持续的"心流"体验,开辟出教师专业发展的"心流"通道。
The teachers' professional development is inseparable from the sustained and systematic devotion experience. The Jiangsu Provincial Vocational e Project Teaching Studio takes the 'Happy Reading' project as the carrier to bring the devotion experience for all the members through intellectual reading, generalization reading, point reading and systematic reading, which opens the devotion channel for the teachers' professional development.
