摘要
文章分析了发动机正时带传动系统噪声的产生机理,针对某汽油发动机正时带传动系统噪声进行优化,通过台架试验论证了降低张紧轮张紧力、优化轮系的安装位置可以有效提升正时带传动系统的NVH水平。
This paper analyses the mechanism of the engine timing belt system noise.It proves that decreasing the tension and optimizing the position of the timing wheels are effective ways to improve the NVH performance by testing on a gasoline engine.
