摘要
文章阐述了某SUV在车身设计阶段初期应对车身纵梁进水、积水问题而采取相应防水设计应对方案,纵梁防水设计方案从结构防水和密封防水两方面展开,结合车体纵梁多种设计需求给出相应防水设计要点,便于车体专业设计人员进行设计参考。
This paper presents some different waterproof methods which applied in the early stage of one suv vehicle longitudinal beam design.we design longitudinal beam waterproof from two aspects,which contain structure and seal.we give the waterproof key piont of longitudinal beam design combining different situation.all that we do just for vehicle professional designers reference.
