摘要 由于总布置原因,需重新布置油箱注油管道,现提供两种布置方案,文章利用STAR-CCM+软件,采用多相流模型模拟汽车油箱注油过程,观察注油过程中是否发生跳枪现象,经过试验验证模拟结果满足设计要求,没有发生跳枪现象。 Because the general arrangement, needed to rearrange the tank oiling pipeline, newly offered two kinds of layout scheme, this paper used the STAR-CCM+ software, by using multiphase flow model to simulate the automobile fuel tank filling process, observe the oiling process is occurring the phenomenon of jumping the gun, through experiment , the simulation results meet the design requirements, no the phenomenon of jumping the gun.
