摘要
文章介绍了一种车用LNG增压泵系统,可代替现有车用LNG系统中自增压装置。该系统由控制器采集发动机、LNG系统及环境温度等参数控制安装于气瓶内部的往复式低温泵将气瓶内低温LNG液体抽出,液态LNG经汽化器气化后,通过缓冲罐、电磁切断阀,稳压器及发动机其他附件进入发动机后带动整车工作。该系统解决了自增压LNG系统供气不稳定、安全隐患高、气瓶的绝热性能差等问题。
This paper introduces a LNG booster pump system for vehicle, instead of the self-pressurized device of the existing LNG system. The reciprocating LNG cryogenic pump in this system, controlled by the signals from the engine, LNG system, environmental temperature and so on, can pump the cryogenic LNG liquid from the LNG tank. Then the cryogenic LNG liquid is vaporized by the vaporizer. And finally, the LNG gas enters into the engine for the vehiclethrough the buffer tank, electromagnetic shut-off valve, the regulator and other engine attachment in turn. The system provided in this paper solved the problems of unstable gas supply, high security hidden danger, and poor thermal insulation performance of LNG tank in the self-pressurized LNG system.
