摘要
观察法布里—珀罗标准具和共焦球面扫描干涉仪在共焦前后的多光束干涉图像,根据干涉条纹的变化和干涉仪频谱信号强弱进行精确调焦的方法,提高了实验效率并且得到了较好的实验结果。
The multiple-beam interference fringes of Fabry-Perot etalon and con-focal spherical sweeping inter-ferometer in the vicinity of the con-focal point are observed. According to the change rules of the interference patterns and signal strength of interferometer fringes spectrum,the adjusting method of the con-focal point are introduced.The efficiency of the experiment are improved and get better results.
