三峡库区城镇水环境容量及总量控制研究——以重庆市涪陵区为例 被引量:2

摘要 以重庆市涪陵区为例,在了解区域水环境功能区划及区域水环境质量状况的前提下,采用允许排污量法计算区域内的水环境容量,对区域水污染负荷进行预测,并提供区域配置建议,为十三五期间三峡库区城镇的环境规划、环境目标管理及污染物总量控制提供依据,对优化地方产业结构,促进库区经济与环境的协调发展有重要意义。 Under the premise of knowing the functional zonation and current quality status of regional water environment in Fuling district of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,the aqua-environmental capacity and forecasted pollution load were studied using the permitted emission quantity method,and regional configuration was provided.The work provides a basis for the environmental planning,management,and the total amount control of pollutants in that area,and has important significance to optimize the local industrial structureand to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy and environment.
