磁共振成像表现为单侧海马、杏仁核异常信号的神经梅毒一例 被引量：2

摘要 颞叶内侧结构是指颞叶底部、侧副沟以内的弓形区域，许多神经系统疾病与颞叶内侧结构密切相关，并在磁共振成像（ MRI ) TZ 加权像上显示一侧或双侧颞叶内侧高信号。在疾病急性期出现几加权像高信号主要见于病毒性脑炎、副肿瘤性边缘叶脑炎、血管炎及癫痫持续状态；而伴有萎缩的慢性期高信号主要见于颞叶内侧硬化和神经系统变性病[1]。
