女贞子中齐墩果酸含量测定及促进葡萄糖消耗体外细胞实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:测定10批不同批次女贞子中齐墩果酸含量,并对女贞子醇提物的降血糖作用进行体外细胞实验研究。方法:用10倍量70%乙醇水溶液提取1 h,提取多次,直至最后一次提取液中检测不到齐墩果酸含量,合并多次提取液,浓缩,通过HPLC法测定10批次不同产地女贞子中齐墩果酸的含量;用人肝癌细胞Hep G2细胞来研究女贞子醇提物的降糖作用。结果:不同批次女贞子中齐墩果酸的含量有一定差异,含量不得低于0.50%;不同浓度的女贞子醇提液均有促进细胞消耗葡萄糖的作用,且在一定范围内随浓度升高而增强。结论:女贞子药材的醇提物具有促进葡萄糖消耗的作用,值得进一步研究推广。 Objective:To measure the content of oleanolic acid in 10 different batches of Ligustri lucidi Fructus and study the hypoglycemic effect of the ethanol extract of Ligustri lucidi Fructus in vitro. Methods:Ligustri lucidi Fructus were extracted by 10 folds of 70% ethanol, 1 h a time, and extracted several times until oleanolic acid was undetectable, the extracts were then merged and enriched. The content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC. The hypoglycemic effect of the ethanol extract of Ligustri lucidi Fructus was studied by human liver cancer cell HepG2 cells. Results:The content of oleanolic acid of the different batches of Ligustri lucidi Fructus varied and was above 0.50%. Different concentrations of extract showed the effect of promoting cells to use glucose, and the effect increased with the concentration within a certain scope. Conclusion:The ethanol extract of Ligustri lucidi Fructus has the effect of promoting the glucose consumption, it deserves for further study .
