摘要
目的:对南蛇簕的营养器官进行解剖学研究。方法:采用常规石蜡切片法和叶表皮离析法制片,Leica DM2000显微镜观察并测量。结果:南蛇簕叶为异面叶,叶表皮上有表皮毛分布,维管束外韧型,维管束薄壁细胞中含较多草酸钙簇晶,外围有纤维组成维管束鞘;茎中柱鞘纤维较厚,呈环状,髓部外侧有1~3列、切向延长的环髓区细胞,细胞较小,髓约占据茎的1/2~2/3;根木栓层6~8列长方形细胞,栓内层明显,2~3列,皮层较宽,中柱鞘纤维环状。
Objective:To offer a basis for the differentiation and utilization of Caesalpinia minax Hence.Methods:Anatomical microstructure of the roots,stems and leaves of C.minax were studied by the methods of slices of paraffin wax and foliar maceration.Results:The surface of leaves,the transverse section of leaf,stem and root of C.minax showed different characteristics.The leaf was typical bifacial,richomes were distributed on the epidermis,vaseular bundles was collateral,numerous calcium oxalate cluster crystals existed invascular parenchyma cells.Pericycle fibers in the stem were thick and circular,the ring-pith region was usually formed by 1-3 rows of cells,the pith account for 1/2-2/3 of the stem.Phellem of root was consisted of 6-8 rows of rectangular cells,phelloderm was obvious,cortex was wide,pericycle fibers in the root werecircular.
