村级财务管理工作关系到农民的切身利益,关系到农村的社会稳定和新农村建设的推进。该文分析了村级财务管理工作存在的主要问题,并提出完善村级财务管理工作的对策与建议。

Village-level financial management is closely related to vital interests of villagers and social stability and construction of new countryside. The main problem of village-level financial management were analyzed in this paper,and then some countermeasures were put forward to improve the village-level financial management.
