摘要
茶文化起源于中国。西汉时期,自佛教传入中国以后,茶与佛教就结下了不解之缘。到了唐代,佛教兴盛,寺院的僧人们种茶制茶喝茶的习俗已经十分普及,唐代茶圣陆羽就是自小在寺院里习得制茶方法,写出了中国第一部茶书《茶经》。本文试图从茶叶的种植、制茶技术、饮茶风俗和茶文化的传播这四个方面探寻中国寺院里的茶文化,同时分析了"茶禅一味"的基本内涵,旨在说明佛教对中国茶文化发展产生了重要的影响,茶禅一味的思想在当代仍然具有积极的意义。
Tea culture was originated in China. During Western Han Dynasty,tea and Buddhism had combined together when Buddhism came to China. In the Tang Dynasty,Buddhism flourished,and the customs of tea-planting,tea-making and tea-drinking became very popular in the population of monks. Lu Yu,who lived in the temple during Tang Dynasty and learned the methods to make tea when he was a child,wrote China's first tea book ' The Classic of Tea'. In this paper,the author attempts to explore the tea culture in the Chinese buddhist temple from four aspects,including tea-planting,teamaking,tea-drinking coustoms and spreading tea culture. At the same time,the author wants to analyze the internal meaning of ' The Combination of Tea and Zen '. Finally the author pointed out that the Buddhism has made an important influence on the development of the Chinese tea culture. Meanwhile,the thoughts of ' The Combination of Tea and Zen' still has the positive effects on the modern society.
