柴油机螺旋进气道三维数值模拟及其结构优化

摘要 以计算流体力学(CFD)技术理论为基础,利用三维数值模拟软件AVL-Fire分析新型6160船用柴油机螺旋进气道,得到缸内的流量系数、涡流比以及流场特性云图。通过三维建模软件CATIA将原气道不足之处改进优化,对改进后的螺旋进气道进行稳态和瞬态模拟分析与评价,结果表明:优化后的螺旋气道进气性能提高15%左右,涡流产生能力提高20%左右。 Based on the computational fluid dynamic technological theory ,the helical intake port of new-typed 6160 marine diesel engine was analyzed with AVL Fire software and the flow coefficient ,the swirl ratio and the cloud picture of flow field characteristics were acquired .The defects of original intake port were modified and optimized with the software of CATIA and then the steady and transient evaluations were conducted .The results show that the charge performance of optimized helical in-take port increases by about 15% and the generating ability of swirl flow increased by about 20% .
