摘要
逻辑无环流可逆调速系统在工业领域中应用广泛,但采用PI控制时电机正反转切换性能及抗扰性能均较差,为改善系统上述性能,将积分滑模控制用于该系统中。又积分作用和输出限幅环节同时存在时,系统容易出现转速超调量增大、调节时间变长的问题,因此在控制器中增设了Anti-windup补偿装置。基于d SPACE的实验结果表明:该控制方案下系统不仅具有良好的启动和抗扰性能,且正反转切换过程快速无超调。
Logic non-loop-current reversible speed regulating system is widely used in industry field,but theswitch and the immunity performance of the system with PI control are poor. In order to improve the performance,integral sliding mode control was applied to the system. However,the coexistence of integral function and outputlimiting item usually leads to overshoot and long adjustment time,so Anti-windup compensator was added to thecontroller. Experimental results based on d SPACE platform show that the system with this method not only has goodstarting and immunity performance,but also can quickly complete the switch between positive and negative,and theprocess has no overshoot.
