摘要
针对某炼铁厂的实际需求,结合炼铁厂现有的能源管理模式和生产工艺,依据管理信息系统的概念,采用目前流行的B/S模式,设计了一种厂级的能源管理系统并投入运行。该系统主要功能包括:数据采集、能源消耗实时监控、基础数据管理、能源报表管理、成本管理等。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,方案设计合理,达到了对企业能源消耗的有效管理,提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the demands and energy management model and production process of ironworks,a plantlevel energy management system had been set up and put into operation,which combined with the concept ofmanagement information system and used the current popular B/S mode. The main function of the system includeddata collection,real-time monitoring,basic data management,energy reports management and cost management etc.The actual application shows that the system is stable and reliable and designed reasonable. It improves themanagement of energy consumption and the production efficiency.
