基于教师专业发展视角的《北京教育丛书》选题策划及实践

摘要 选题策划是编辑《北京教育丛书》的一项基础工作。《北京教育丛书》选题策划依据组织原则、责任原则、需求原则,选题服务于中小学教师的专业化发展的需要;《北京教育丛书》的价值在于产生示范引领作用并使之成为基础教育健康迅速发展的引擎;实施选题根据教师专业发展的适应期向发展前期过渡、发展前期向发展后期过渡、发展后期向创造期过渡三个阶段而行。 Topic design is a basic work of Beijing Education Series editing. The topic design of Beijing Education Series should base on organization principle, responsibility principle and requirement principle. Topic selection and design should serve the needs of primary and secondary school teachers' professional development. Beijing Education Series should play its leading role and become the engine that may activate the rapid development of basic education. The implementation of topic design should transit from the adaptation period to the early development period, from the early development period to the later development period, and from the later development period to creation period according to the teachers' professional development.
