School football is the foundation needed to be rebuilt of Chinese football,and science and security of campus football training depend on whether campus football can be developed steadily and constantly.The accurate and object monitoring and control of school football are good for solid development of school football in the future and overall growth of Chinese football.This paper focuses on current campus youth football training from security and load control of football training,and takes sports heart rate as a breakthrough point.And it makes a thorough inquiry on application value of sports heart rate monitor on security and load control of current school football training on the basis of the analysis of the composition and operation principle of sports heart rate monitor.
