摘要 MircoRNAs(miRNAs)是一类进化上高度保守的非编码RNA,在多种细胞进程中具有重要调节功能。体力活动的类型、时间、强度都会影响miRNAs变化,产生不同的生理适应。但是,这些生理适应性变化规律及具体机制尚不清楚,存在复杂的基因调控。体力活动相关miRNAs变化,为研究体力活动中循环、肌肉、组织生理性适应机制提供新的思路,有助于精细监测、评定、认识体力活动。 MircoRNAs(miRNAS) is a non-coding RNAs,which is highlyconversed,and it has an important regulatory function in a variety of cellular processes.The type,time and intensity of physical activity are all affected by miRNAs and produce different physiological adaptation.However,these physiological adaptation changes and specific mechanisms with a complex gene regulation are not clear.Physical activity related to miRNAs changes provides a new way to study the mechanism of circulation,muscle and tissue physiological adaptation in physical activity,which is helpful to the fine monitoring,evaluation and understanding of physical activity.
