以大学生社团为基础的“三三式”创业团队建设模式研究

Studying on the "Three-Three" Formula of Entrepreneurial Team-Building on the Basis of the College Students' Community Construction

目前,大学生创业面临着能力不够、指导不力等问题,构建以大学生专业技能型社团为创业团队建设基础,以学校、合作企业、校友为创业团队指导主体,以创业内驱力建设、创业能力建设、创业团队组织建设为重点建设内容,将建设分为学习、体验、实战三个阶段,分层递进,全程指导的"三三式"创业团队建设模式将有助于解决上述问题。

Currently, the college students' entrepreneurial ability is not enough and the guidance is poor. The "three-three mode" entrepreneurialspirit cultivation model will help to solve the problem. With the guidance of the school, cooperative enterprises, and alumni, focusing on entrepreneurial drive, entrepreneurship, and startup team building, the construction mode is divided into three phases :learning, experiencing, and practicing.
