高职院校学生的国际流动性研究——基于对商科专业学生的问卷调查

Research on the International Mobility of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges ——Based on the Questionnaire Survey of Business Students

学生的国际流动性是高职院校推进国际化的重要内容之一,是提升高端技能型人才国际竞争力的重要发展策略。通过对在校高职学生国际流动性的调查发现,高职学生具有国际流动的潜在需求,其动机来自学习深造、就业压力、文化体验等多个方面,制约因素包括国际流动成本、环境适应性及语言问题等。在调查的基础上,探讨了促进高职学生流动性的有效路径。

The international mobility of students is one of the critical factors of internationalization of higher education and an important development strategy for vocational colleges to improve the international competitiveness of students. Through a survey of international mobility of students in vocational colleges, and the motivations behind, it was found that students’ mobility was influenced by various factors including employment pressure, cultural experience, international flow cost, environmental adaptability and language problems. Effective approaches were discussed to improve the student mobility from the perspective of institutions.
