丝绸之路经济带(境内段)人口分布的社会经济协调度研究

Research on Socio-economy Coordination Degree of Population Distribution on the Silk Road Economic Belt in China

本文以人口分布与社会经济协调性评价为核心,建立社会经济协调度模型,全面评估了近10年丝绸之路经济带（境内段）人口分布的社会经济协调度的空间格局与变化规律.研究表明：（1）该区域社会发展处于中、低水平;人口分布与经济发展的一致性水平较弱,人口集聚远高于经济集聚的空间特征突出.（2）2000 - 2010年,人口分布的社会协调度、经济协调度及社会经济协调度均有所下降.（3）2000年和2010年,社会发展协调度良好的分县单元比例为45.29%和49.70%,主要分布在大中型城市市辖区及周边县域;经济协调度良好比为47.93%和41.17%,呈现“两端低,中间高”的分布格局;社会经济协调度良好比为45.56%和41.77%,呈现“中段整体较高,西段北部高于南部,东段东部高于西部”的分布格局.

Taking the evaluation of population distribution and Socio-economy coordination As core,the paper founded the models of socio-economy coordination degree. It evaluated the distribution and varying pattern of them on the Silk Road eco?nomic belt in China in recent ten years. Studies show that(1)the social development of the region is on or below the medi?um level of China. The coordination between population distribution and economic development was on a lower level in the region,and the space character that population aggregation was far more than economy aggregation was highlighted. (2) From 2000 to 2010,the social coordination degree descended,as the same as economic coordination degree and socio-economy coordination degree.(3)45.29 percents of counties’coordination of population distribution and social develop?ment were good in 2000,and 49.70 percents in 2010,which was mainly distributed in the district of large-medium cities and the surrounding counties. 47.93 percents of counties’coordination of population distribution and economic develop?ment were good in 2000,and 41.17 percents in 2010. Economic coordination degree in county showed a basic pattern of“both ends are low,high in the middle”as a whole. 45.56 percents of counties’coordination of population distribution and socio-economy development were good in 2000,and 41.77 percents in 2010. what’s more,the socio-economy coordina?tion degree in county showed a basic pattern of“middle overall higher,North higher than South in Western and East higher than West in Eastern”as a whole.
