右美托咪啶对体外循环心内直视手术患者脑氧代谢和双频指数的影响 被引量:4

摘要 体外循环(CPB)心内直视手术期间常发生脑组织低灌注,诱发脑组织功能障碍,重者可发生脑梗死等严重神经系统并发症,影响手术患者的预后,因此维持CPB期间脑组织氧供需平衡,具有重要临床意义.有研究表明,右美托咪啶持续输注可能有助于改善CPB复温期的脑氧合状况,保持脑氧供需平衡[1].
