援外项目勘察地基承载力确定方法分析

Determination method of ground bearing capacity of China foreign aid project

国内规范对于地基承载力确定方法的规定与欧洲标准有所不同,而全球很多较落后国家受历史原因影响,岩土标准多借鉴或照搬欧洲标准。随着我国对外援建成套项目的增加,有必要对受援国所采用的地基承载力确定方法有所了解并找出同我国规范的差异,本文初步对比分析了我国规范在地基承载力确定方法上同欧洲规范的异同之处,以援阿尔及利亚歌剧院项目为例介绍了法国规范地基承载力确定方法及同中国规范的差异。最后对援外项目勘察地基承载力的确定方法进行了分析讨论。

The regulations on the determination of ground bearing capacity in Chinese codes are different from the European standards. The geotechnical standards of most undeveloped countries usually consult or copy the European standards due to their development level. With the increasing of the China-aid foreign project,it is necessary to known the ground bearing capacity determination method of the recipient countries and find out the differences between Chinese standards and other countries ＇ standards. The preliminary contrastive analysis of the similarities and differences is carried out in this paper. The method in French standards and the differences from Chinese standards are introduced through the project of Algeria Opera House supported by China. The ground bearing capacity determination method is analyzed and discussed in the geotechnical investigation works for the China foreign aid project.
