坚持传承创新 促进医教协同——北京中医药大学中医人才培养改革与实践

Persisting in inheritance and innovation, promoting medicine-education coordination——Reform and practice of TCM talent training in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

根据国家"加强医教协同,深化临床医学人才培养改革"的指示,深化临床医学人才培养综合改革进入新的阶段,对中医教育也提出了更高要求。北京中医药大学以遵循中医药发展规律和中医药人才成长规律,培养高水平应用型的中医药人才为目标,坚持现代中医药高等教育与传统师承教育相融合的人才培养理念,以长学制为办学主体,探索具有中医药特色的医教协同医学人才培养体系。在深化医教协同的中医人才培养改革方面,取得了一定的成效。

Under the guidance of state instruction of promoting medicine-education coordination to deepen clinical medical talent training, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has conducted a series of talent cultivation reforms by keeping to TCM development law and talent growth law, taking fostering high-quality practical TCM professionals as educational objective, persisting in talent training concept of integration of modern medical education and traditional inheritance education, emphasizing long length of medical schooling, and exploring medicine-education coordination of talent training system. Some good effects have been obtained in deepening medicine-education coordination for TCM talent cultivation reform.
