我国中医学位与研究生教育38年回顾与发展对策 被引量:14

Reviewing 38 years of China's TCM degree and postgraduate education and its development strategy

摘要 回顾我国中医研究生教育38年的发展历程,提出了我国中医研究生教育发展自1978年以来经历了5个阶段,即创始阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段、多元化发展阶段、医教协同发展阶段;总结和分析了中医研究生教育经验和存在问题,提出了深化招生制度改革,加强科学选拔力度;改革培养模式,完善培养方案;服务社会需求,调整人才培养结构;加强导师团队建设,提高培养质量;加强研究生论文全过程管理,提高论文质量;深化管理体制改革,明确责任与义务;加强信息平台建设,全面推进教育信息化的发展对策,对于我国今后中医研究生教育的改革和可持续发展,促进教育强国战略具有十分重要意义。 This paper reviewed 38 years development history of China's TCM degree and postgraduate education.There were 5 development periods since 1978, namely: initiating period, developing period, maturing period,diversified developing period, and medicine-education coordination developing period. Educational experience andexisting problems were summarized. Development strategies were put forward by reforming enrollment system andtalent training mode, suiting social needs of professional personnel, building supervisor teams, improving cultivationquality, enhancing paper quality by means of whole process management of postgraduate dissertation, deepeningmanagement system reform, and building information platform. Reform and sustainable development of TCMpostgraduate education is of great significance to strategy of constructing a powerful nation through education.
