摘要
本文分析了《巴黎协定》的新特征及里程碑意义，研究了当前全球气候变化治理中的关键问题，就中印应对气候变化提出合作建议。中印作为迅速成长壮大的发展中大国，联合应对气候变化可作为未来两国关系发展的新亮点。
This paper analyzes the new features and importance of ＂Paris Agreement＂ in COP21, researches the key issues of climate change management, and suggests the cooperation areas between China and India in the future. As top 2 biggest and fast-growing developing countries, China-India＇s cooperation in climate change will become the highlights of bilateral relations in the future development.
