摘要
金刚石膜具有优异性能,在高新技术领域有着广泛应用。本文介绍了国内外金刚石膜技术领域专利申请状况,提出了我国金刚石膜技术成果的专利保护战略。
Diamond films have many particular properties and a very wide field of applications in high-tech fields. Diamond films technology patent applications in the world is described in this paper. And the patent protect strategy of diamond films is also presented.
