摘要
TRIZ理论总结了创新的基本原理和一般规律,可以被用于各种领域的发明创造。针对快递工作人员在分拣作业时对包裹定位不准确、效率不高的问题,主要介绍了TRIZ理论和其在设计过程中的应用,最后设计出了一种带数据采集器的分拣装置以改进作业流程。运用CAD绘图软件,绘出该装置的概念图,充分考虑了条形码数据采集器的功能。利用FLEXSIM系统仿真软件对业务流程进行仿真,结果表明该装置能够辅助快递工作人员快速、准确定位快件包裹,平均作业时间减少45%,工作效率明显提高,运营成本降低8万元左右,具有一定推广价值。
TRIZ theory summarized the basic principles and general laws. It can be utilized for invention and creation in varied fields. Aiming at the problems that when the workers sort packages they cannot set packages' locations accurately and the working effi-ciency is low.This article mainly introduces the TRIZ theory and its utilization in designing the device.And then a sorting device with data collectors is designed for improve the working process.By CAD software ,the conceptual graph is draw considering the functions of barcode data collector fully. The results which is produced by FLEXSIM ,a simulation software,show that this device can help the workers to find the packages accurately and quickly.Moreover,The average working time is reduced by 45% and the working efficiency is raised obviously and the cost of operation reduces about 8,000 yuan.In all ,it implies that this device is worth popularization.
