摘要
目的探讨阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病大鼠尿液代谢轮廓的影响。方法采用高能量饮料结合低剂量链脲佐菌素给予大鼠,连续四周,然后选取64只2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机将分为对照组与观察组,每组32只,对照组给予蒸馏水,观察组则给予阿卡波糖,观察阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病大鼠尿液代谢的影响。结果阿卡波糖组能够明显改善2型糖尿病大鼠尿液中尿肌酐浓度、苯乙酰甘氨酸、马尿酸、葡萄糖酸浓度(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病大鼠尿液代谢产生明显的干预作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acarbose on urine metabolic profile of type II diabetic rats. Methods: the high energy drinks with low dose of streptozotocin ( STZ) Su to give them in rats, for four consecutive weeks, and then select the 64 type 2 diabetic rat model, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 rats in each group, low on the glycemic index of high dietary fiber food was given to the control group, the observation group in the control of acarbose group on the basis of. Results : acarbose can improve rat type II diabetes blood glucose ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; acarbose group can obviously improve the type II diabetic rat serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : acar- bose interfere effect on urine metabolism in type II diabetic rats, decrease blood glucose.
